Nexus Medical Training Center is seeking an evening front desk receptionist. As a front desk receptionist, your responsibilities include the following:
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Ensure efficient phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:
-Spanish speaker
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
