Position Overview
*Immediate Start, able to be in-person atleast twice a week*
Nexus Law is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the firm’s digital marketing, brand development, and client engagement efforts. This role is ideal for a student or emerging professional who is passionate about marketing, analytics, content creation, and community outreach. The intern will work closely with the founder and cross-functional team members to strengthen the firm’s online presence, improve client experience, and contribute to the firm’s growth across multiple service lines (B2B and B2C).

Compensation
This is a paid hourly internship role. The hourly rate is competitive and will be discussed further during the interview process based on experience and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
• Develop and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Edit short-form and long-form videos, webinars, and educational content
• Draft marketing copy for posts, newsletters, and website updates
• Create branded graphics, reels, and digital campaign assets
Digital Marketing and SEO
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility
• Update and maintain service pages, blog posts, and landing pages
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, and YouTube Studio
• Assist in running paid advertising campaigns and evaluating ROI
Marketing Operations and CRM
• Manage lead flow and client journeys using CRM systems and automation tools
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and monthly performance reports
• Assist with email marketing, segmentation, and drip campaigns
• Prepare materials for webinars and events including scripts, slides, and follow-ups
Community Outreach and Growth
• Support field marketing initiatives including community events, tabling, and partnerships
• Research and coordinate with local organizations, cultural groups, and vendors
• Strengthen Nexus Law’s brand presence through consistent messaging and storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
• Pursuing a degree (BS/MS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, or similar design and editing platforms
• Familiarity with social media trends, analytics dashboards, and digital marketing strategy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Interest in law, immigration services, or professional services marketing is a plus
