meaningful data challenges from day one. This is a role for someone who enjoys writing code, building
practical solutions, and developing their skills alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.
You will contribute to the development of data-intensive applications that power our identity and analytics
platform. You will support ETL and AI generated pipelines, implement tagging solutions, and write clean SQL
and JavaScript—growing your skills in a production environment with real impact.
If you are curious about data, comfortable with SQL and JavaScript, and excited to build workflows solutions
that power real marketing decisions—this role is a great place to grow.
What You’ll Do
Contribute & Collaborate
• Work alongside senior engineers to implement features, fix bugs, and participate in code
reviews—learning team standards and best practices through hands-on collaboration.
• Build and maintain ETL and AI generated pipelines that extract, transform, and load identity and
behavioral data across our platform.
• Implement and maintain tagging solutions that support audience segmentation, tracking, and
measurement workflows.
• Contribute to technical documentation and assist in translating business requirements into well-scoped
development tasks.
Build & Learn
• Write SQL queries and stored procedures against AWS Redshift and SQL Server to support data
pipelines, reporting, and platform operations.
• Develop JavaScript-based components and integrations that support front-end tagging, data capture,
and audience activation workflows.
• Assist in building and maintaining backend services and APIs that support our targeting and
measurement platform.
• Support Python-based data workflows and contribute to scripts that process and transform identity and
behavioral datasets.
• Learn and apply AI-assisted development tools—including code-generation assistants and automated
testing aids—to build good habits and improve your own productivity.
Grow & Improve
• Participate in the migration and improvement of existing systems, gaining exposure to cloud-native
architectures on AWS.
• Explore and adopt emerging developer tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate your own
learning and output quality.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to understand requirements and develop practical solutions
with guidance from senior engineers.

that extract, transform, and load structured data.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, Business Intelligence processes (strongly preferred) in the
automation of services related to data and service delivery.

for audience segmentation or analytics purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn—comfortable asking questions, taking
feedback, and iterating quickly in a collaborative team environment.
• A curious, problem-solving mindset: you enjoy digging into data, asking why things work the way
they do, and finding cleaner ways to get the job done.

platform that processes hundreds of millions of identity records.
• Work at a company that actively invests in and encourages the use of AI to improve how engineers
build and how systems perform.
• Work on genuinely interesting data problems—big scale, regulated industries, real-time
requirements—with mentorship and support as you build your skills.
