We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, Partner Growth to join our Emerging Technologies and Future Business team in the Americas. This position requires a strong mix of business acumen, channel program development, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record in commercializing and monetizing service-based business models, as well as exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our cloud platform services and other innovation-driven business initiatives.

This is a high-impact position operating at the intersection of strategy, collaboration, and execution. The Business Development Manager will drive ecosystem expansion, develop strategic alliances, and deliver measurable growth through partner enablement and integration initiatives.

This role is based in the Greater Boston area, with remote flexibility for candidates located near a major international airport and able to work during Eastern Time Zone hours. The position requires up to 50% travel, including international trips. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a focused partner growth strategy within the Emerging Technologies organization.

  • Align partner initiatives to broader go-to-market strategies and the evolution of our technical integration programs.

  • Drive expansion into the Business Intelligence (BI) market, engaging Solution Developers, ISVs, and Systems Integrators.

  • Establish a new route-to-market focused on subscription and service-based offerings rather than traditional product sales.

  • Oversee the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, performance management, and growth initiatives.

  • Lead the launch and scale-up of new partner programs, including recruitment and team development once success milestones are achieved.

  • Accelerate revenue growth by aligning partner performance with strategic business objectives.

  • Create and manage governance frameworks, incentive structures, and scalable engagement programs.

  • Report regularly on program performance, KPIs, and strategic opportunities.

  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 15 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or program management, ideally within SaaS or software ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel growth models and partnership programs.

Compensation

Estimated total compensation range: $165,000–$180,000 OTE (90% base / 10% quarterly incentive). Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and location.

Salary : $165,000 - $180,000
