Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:Our Customer Service Manager will be required to manage existing customers while introducing them to new / upgraded features as it relates to their existing telecommunications services. They will also be responsible for adding new program customers through customer service effortsMust be able to communicate effectively through verbal and non-verbal communicationMust be at least 18 years of age Must be able to commute to Dallas, TX daily
