Duties And Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care in a fast-paced, high-energy clinic setting.
- Provide a concierge-style patient experience where education, empathy, and clear communication are paramount.
- Conduct comprehensive health histories and physicals, tailoring treatments to individual patient goals.
- Order and interpret labs to create personalized, results-driven treatment plans.
- Educate patients on advanced therapies like testosterone replacement, wave therapy, peptide protocols, and PRP treatments.
- Partner with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Offer guidance on healthy lifestyle modifications, including nutrition, fitness, and stress management.
- Maintain efficient, accurate EMR documentation.
- Stay current on cutting-edge therapies and best practices in men’s health.
- Previous clinical experience preferred; experience in men's health or hormone therapy is a plus.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Iowa.
- Active DEA license in the state of Iowa.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Passion for patient-centered care and exceptional service experience
- Hormone management or men’s health experience is a plus—but a passion for wellness and learning is essential
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
