The LVN provides direct patient care and clinical support in the management of acute and chronic wounds under the supervision of physicians and NPs. About The Job

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in wound assessments, dressing changes, debridement support, and wound care treatments as directed.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and wound healing status.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care, infection prevention, and home management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Ensure wound care supplies are stocked, organized, and available.
- Assist physicians and NPs with procedures and follow-up care.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.
- Provide supportive communication with patients to promote healing and patient satisfaction.
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience, wound care experience preferred.
- Knowledge of wound care products, dressings, and treatment protocols is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
