Compensation: $175,000 per year

About the Job:
Offer a personalized approach to healthcare and holistic medical services treating various medical conditions. Produce healthcare and health management programs based on individual patients’ historical data. Providing care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, vaccination and screening tests, and individualized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
We are seeking a provider who can relocate and work full-time in Northern California.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Primary Care to patients
- Develop health programs that are patient-specific using historical data.
- Monitor, adapt, and administer individualized healthcare programs
- Use patient health data for medical analysis and offer comprehensive wellness exams.
- Administer vaccinations
- Perform medical operations if necessary
- Educate patients and other significant parties about health management and prevention of diseases.
- Recommend patients to specialists for specific treatment/procedures.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years experience as a Family Medicine practitioner
- Licensed to practice in California
- Active DEA license
- Enrolled as a provider for MediCare and MediCal is highly preferred
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages
- Active participation in continued medical education and membership to a professional organization is highly preferred
- Able to work in Northern California
