You’ll work closely with interdisciplinary teams to help measure patient progress and improve treatment effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and track standardized clinical and behavioral assessments (admission, interim, discharge)
- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent data collection across programs
- Partner with clinical teams to support treatment planning and patient progress tracking
- Identify trends in patient outcomes to support quality improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance to staff on assessment tools and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Rehab Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health, pediatrics, or rehabilitation settings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across programs
- Clear communication and interest in data-driven patient care
- CITI GCP Training required within 30 days of hire
- Preferred licensure: LPA (Licensed Psychological Associate), LPC-A (Licensed Professional Counselor Associate), or LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
- De-escalation training preferred
- Must maintain all certifications in good standing throughout employment
