Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of janitorial and specialty cleaning services. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for property managers, coordinating service schedules, and monitoring performance to meet contract and quality expectations. The role involves conducting site visits, resolving service issues, and collaborating with operations staff to implement improvements and maintain high resident satisfaction. The Account Manager will prepare reports, track key account metrics, assist with contract renewals, and support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, client services, or customer success, preferably within facilities management, property management, or related service industries.
