Precision Production Assembler

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $15.00–$16.25 per hour

A day in the life

Picture this: You arrive on Monday morning to a clean, organized work area. You review step-by-step instructions, pull the parts you need, and begin building assemblies of various sizes. Throughout your shift, you trim, bend, and adjust components for the right fit, verify quality at each step, and keep safety at the forefront. As the day wraps up, you clean your station, restock materials, and take pride in work that meets precise standards.

What you’ll do

• Assemble products following documented procedures and instructions.
• Cut, trim, bend, and adjust parts to ensure proper fit and function.
• Apply safety and quality practices throughout every stage of assembly.
• Visually inspect finished work to confirm it meets quality expectations.
• Gather and stage required parts and materials before starting work.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work area clean and in good order.
• Stack and/or move materials as needed to support production flow.
• Tear down, clean, repair, and reassemble previously built assemblies when required.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
• Perform physical tasks: stand, walk, crouch, and use hands/fingers to handle parts, tools, and controls.

• Can read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Communicates clearly and works well with teammates.
• Brings reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll show you the ropes.
• Comfort with basic math and using measuring tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
