Join Our Manufacturing Team in Coal City, IL
Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is adding full-time assembly and packing team members at a busy manufacturing facility in Coal City, IL.
A day in this role
You’ll arrive for your chosen shift, gear up for safety, and rotate through stations on a fast-moving line—building displays, assembling customer orders, inspecting parts, and getting finished goods wrapped and stacked on pallets. You’ll keep your area tidy, communicate with teammates, and help wherever needed to keep production moving smoothly.
Pay, schedule, and location
- Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Status: Full-Time
- Shifts: 1st or 2nd, or Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday)
- Worksite: Coal City, IL
What you’ll do
- Work on a production line to assemble and package products
- Build customer orders and product displays
- Check for defects and remove nonconforming items
- Stage shipments on pallets and wrap for transport
- Pitch in with general labor and warehouse tasks as assigned
- Uphold a clean, safe work environment
What you bring
- Comfort standing up to 10 hours per day
- Willing to learn—no prior experience required (we train)
- Reliable, safety-minded, and attentive to detail
- Works well independently and with a team
