Nexus Construction is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, maintain safe job sites, and support skilled tradesmen in completing high-quality work. No experience is required—we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial construction projects.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Dig trenches, move materials, and perform general labor tasks.
- Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradesmen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
