We’re looking for a hospitality-driven Lead Server ready to grow into a leadership role.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support FOH team during service
- Deliver warm, consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Help with floor charts, sidework, and team coaching
- Handle cashouts, balance deposits, and close out accurately
- Promote Nexus Neighbor program upsell menu features
What You Bring:
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Strong communication leadership potential
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- 21 with or able to get alcohol server certification
