Position Overview: As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for helping the Maintenance Director ensure a safe working environment in the nursing home. You will assist with various maintenance and routine repairs and related tasks as directed by facility leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to repair requests, such as leaky faucets, broken locks, and minor electrical issues.
- Painting, cleaning, and performing general repairs, including replacing tiles or repairing furniture.
