Role Description

Qualifications
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects across multiple business functions.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports using standard project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, QA, infrastructure, business analysts, and external vendors.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial limits.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, quality guidelines, and client requirements.
• Oversee change management processes, including scope changes, impact analysis, approvals, and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder presentations.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to schedule, cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, technical designs, test plans, and deployment procedures.
• Support production releases, post-implementation reviews, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
