Role: Lead QA Engineer Data & Automation Location: Denver, CO (4 days at office)
Required Experience & Skills
5 years in QA, data validation, or related technical roles, with proven success in leading validation efforts as a senior individual contributor.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and test automation frameworks (PyTest, WebdriverIO, Mocha, etc.).
Demonstrated experience testing data pipelines, APIs, and analytics workflows in CI/CD environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical results in clear business terms.
Proven ability to influence peers and lead initiatives without formal authority.Interested in management track
Preferred Experience
Expertise in data visualization and QA dashboards (Tableau, OpenSearch).
Experience testing across connected devices (iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, SamsungTV).
Familiarity with Git, YAML, and data governance frameworks.
Exposure to AI- or ML-based validation and automation tools.
Interest in developing leadership and mentoring skills, with a long-term goal of growing into a management role.
