Step into the most public-facing seat, aka the maître d', in the team. Every place a learner could meet us before they sign up (social, YouTube, comment sections, events, down to the way our team shows up in public) is yours to own.
We're a close-knit team relocating to Austin that values collaboration, transparency and low ego. Your work shapes the first impression hundreds of thousands of learners have of NextWork, and we challenge each other to push the limits of what great hospitality, at internet scale, can feel like.

What you'll do
- Own NextWork's first impression everywhere it shows up - TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, plus the comment replies, and IRL moments that surround them.
- Get on camera everyday… your face will be part of how NextWork is known!
- Train directly under the one and only Maximus Soares (https://www.linkedin.com/in/maximus-soares/) to learn the content system that took NextWork from 0 to 200k learners, then evolve it for the next stage: 200k to 1M weekly active learners.
- Learn the brand voice across every public surface - warm, smart, generous, never salesy - and hold the team to that bar.
- Seed NextWork's city groups to 50 across the US (one in every state!) by the end of 2026, turning in-person community into our strongest top-of-funnel channel.
- Work the dashboards alongside the human craft. Measure what's working, cut what isn't, ship faster every week.

- Think about acquisition the way a great host thinks about a guest. Care first, conversion later.
- Have shipped content, community, or events at real scale, and have the receipts to show.
- Want to be the person who sets the standard for how NextWork shows up in the world.
- Thrive in a high-volume, high-velocity environment where every public touchpoint matters.
- Have strong opinions, hold them lightly, and move fast when the facts change.
This might not be for you if you...
- Think of acquisition as just metrics, attribution, and growth hacks (it's important, but we lead with care and delivering value).
- Find hospitality language soft, or feel that "make every learner feel like the house has been waiting for them" is overstated.
- Aren't comfortable on camera or filming content regularly.
- Want to work remotely. The team is working in-person in downtown Austin.
- Want a 9-5, or a calm, predictable pace.
- Don't actively want to learn AI or use AI in your workflow. We're an AI-native startup building in 2026.
