Administrative Support Specialist – Surgical Sales Team
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
8 hour shift - 1 hour lunch Break (required)
Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional to provide critical administrative support to our surgical sales team. This role ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, allowing our sales representatives to focus on building relationships and driving revenue. You’ll be the backbone of the team, streamlining processes and maintaining organizational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to surgical sales representatives and regional managers
- Manage inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment coordination for surgical instruments and grafts.
- Prepare and submit invoices; maintain effective communication with accounts payable departments at healthcare facilities.
- Perform other duties as the need arises.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel Spreadsheets
- Knowledge of Stryker systems (EIM, HANA, ACCELERATE)
