What You’ll Do (Sales Early Management Responsibilities)
You’ll start hands-on, mastering the fundamentals — then gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow.
Sales & Brand Representation
- Represent partner brands during in-person events across Houston
- Build relationships with customers and communicate product benefits confidently
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site visual presentation
- Work towards daily and weekly sales targets in a structured, competitive environment
Early Management & Leadership Development
- Learn how to support and guide newer team members on event days
- Assist with tracking performance across the team and reporting campaign results
- Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and event productivity
- Observe and participate in small-team meetings, coaching moments, and campaign briefings
- Develop confidence leading conversations, giving feedback, and supporting team morale
