Business Operations Consultant
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Selected candidates for the Business Operations Consultant roles will oversee business operations, manage diverse programs, implement strategic operational plans, and ensure the smooth execution of organizational processes.
You Will
- Turn leadership goals into clear plans, roadmaps, and projects
- Own key workstreams across strategy, operations, go-to-market (GTM), or transformation
- Analyze performance and surface insights that drive decisions
- Design and improve processes so teams execute faster
- Partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP, functional heads) on high-impact initiatives
- Build clear reporting so everyone knows what's working
- Have 3–7 years of consulting, strategy, or ops experience
- Work directly with senior stakeholders on complex projects
- Move easily from high-level thinking to hands-on execution
- Are comfortable with data, analysis, and turning insight into action
- Have experience in top-tier consulting environments (e.g., MBB, Big 4, Accenture)
