This is a critical role as you would be supporting the firm's legal operations, ensuring corporate compliance, and facilitating business transactions while serving as a strategic legal advisor across all departments, in a multi-entity setting.

An Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, and an active license to practice in Texas
- 5 years of corporate legal experience with a focus on business law, contract law, and corporate transactions
- Provide legal support to finance, HR, and operations regarding compliance, contracts, and internal controls
- Strengths in writing contracts, NDA's, intercompany agreements, policies/procedures, purchasing/procurement, etc.
- Assist in the development of internal workflows and process improvements related to legal operations
- Provide legal analysis and guidance on business law matters, regulatory issues, and risk mitigation
