NextStep Recruiting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing roofing and exterior repair company in Duluth, GA on a contract-to-hire basis. The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist will support the Accounts Receivable Manager with invoicing, revenue recognition, cash application, and collections across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in ERP systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude!
Responsibilities :
- Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, cash application, and collections across multiple entities
- Monitor outstanding balances, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate accounts receivable records in ERP systems.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks related to AR and revenue reporting.
- Other duties as assigned
