- Job Title: Account Solutions Consultant – Sales Professional
- Reports to: Sales Manager
- Location: In-Office (Lindon, UT)
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm MT
We are looking for a skilled, results-obsessed, sales powerhouse to make an immediate impact with our existing customer base.
NexTrust is a leading provider of Billing & Payment solutions for healthcare and utility Billers and a preferred Partner for numerous billing applications. Our passion is to develop and deliver easy-to-use services that get providers paid faster and at a lower total cost through our platform, BillFlash – encompassing a suite of Billing, Payment and Collections services.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales quotas for all product categories.
- Conduct on-line demos and webinars using Microsoft Teams.
- Communicate with BillFlash customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Demonstrate high levels of proficiency in consultative sales.
- Manage various workflows while documenting activity and progress in Zoho CRM.
- Guide customers through the enrollment processes.
- Assist and support the Sales Manager.
- Provide support for conferences and sales meetings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years previous phone and virtual sales experience.
- The ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, drives progress, and develops key relationships.
- Must be able to learn beyond provided training through self-education and product exploration.
- A basic knowledge of applications and formats such as: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Zoho CRM.
- A positive attitude.
- Perseverance to achieve desired results.
- Attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or another related field.
- Healthcare, merchant services and/or utility industry work experience
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation:
This is an Hourly Base Variable Compensation (commission) sales role.
- Base Salary Range: $19.25 per hour, depending on experience
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $34 per hour
- Total OTE ≈ $70,000
