As a Parts Expeditor/Inventory Control employee, you are responsible for expediting and facilitating the flow of parts inventory within the dealership. You are a valued member of our team, performing:

• checking in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Review and code invoices sent from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure that all dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders, follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
• Any other duties, as assigned.

Preferred Candidates have the following:

• Prior parts experience, preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
• Hight School Diploma; College or Technical training preferred, but not required.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Required to sit for an extended period of time (hours).
• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
• The noise level in this work environment is moderate to loud
• Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
