We're hiring a Counter Parts Sales Representative to join our team!
Are you great with people and have a knack for parts and service? In this role you'll be responsible for selling parts to customers at the counter, in the shop, and over the phone-delivering fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service every step of the way!
What You'll Do:
- Assist walk-in, shop, and phone customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and technical support on parts and accessories.
- Process orders, payments, returns, and credits.
- Source out-of-stock items and handle emergency orders.
- Support our outside sales representatives with prompt order fulfillment.
- Keep the counter area organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Upsell related products and promote specials through phone, email, and customer follow-ups.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive or industrial parts sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and team orientated mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to complete transactions.
