Salaried position. Base pay will be based on an individuals skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.

As a Product Support Representative, youll be on the front lines of growing parts sales, partnering with customers, and connecting them with the right parts and service solutionswhile representing Nextran Truck Centers in the field.
What Youll Be Doing
- Own and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Coordinate parts orders, special pricing, and approvals with internal teams
- Follow up on orders to ensure exceptional customer service
- Work closely with Parts and Service Sales teams to support customer needs
- Attend trade shows, customer events, and training opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports
- Act as a trusted, professional ambassador for Nextran Truck Centers
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident working with both customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid Drivers License with a good driving record
Experience & Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in automotive/parts sales, outside parts sales, and service technical support
