Hourly Pay: $22$38, based on experience, certifications, education, and skill level.
Hours of Work: Monday through Friday; 8:30 AM 5:00 PM with a 30 Min. Lunch

Nextran is looking for a Diesel Technician who takes pride in quality repairs, strong diagnostics, and getting the job done right. If you enjoy solving mechanical challenges and keeping commercial trucks road-ready, this is a great place to put your skills to work.

What Youll Do
Youll work on a variety of medium- and heavy-duty trucks, including:
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
- Performing preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
- Completing repairs from routine service to major overhauls
- Disassembling, repairing, and reassembling components accurately
- Documenting work clearly in service records
- Using basic computer systems for diagnostics and tracking
- Supporting overall shop operations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- Hands-on diesel or commercial truck experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED required (technical training a plus)
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record (CDL preferred)
- 4 years of experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
