Job Description: Senior Electrical Engineer – eBOS Product Development: Supports the design, development, and delivery of electrical balance of system (eBOS) products across NextPower’s portfolio. This role bridges technical engineering work with cross-functional collaboration, helping to translate market and customer needs into manufacturable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in electrical engineering, combined with strategic insight and the ability to work effectively across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Contribute to the development and integration of eBOS components, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Translate product and market requirements into engineering specifications, drawings, and validation plans. Support design reviews, certification activities, and prototype testing through production release. Partner with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers to ensure design-for-manufacturing and smooth transition to production. Required Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. 8 years of experience in product development, electrical systems, or energy-related engineering. Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with solar or renewable energy systems, particularly eBOS components. Familiarity with product certification processes and electrical design validation. Experience supporting design-to-manufacturing or product lifecycle management initiatives. Comfort working in a global, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
