📍 Greater Boston Area (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

A growing investment-backed organization is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager - FP&A to join their finance team. This role will support financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis across a multi-entity platform while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Prepare financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth projects
• Analyze business performance and key financial metrics
• Prepare executive-level reporting and operational KPIs
• Support multi-entity financial consolidation and reporting
• Partner with leadership to support strategic decision making
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
