Senior NetSuite Administrator

Location: Holmdel, NJ

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 base, depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the technology and systems that power our growing consumer products business.

NetSuite sits at the center of nearly everything we do, including ERP, CRM, invoicing, AP/AR, financial reporting, inventory management, and production planning. We are looking for someone who knows NetSuite inside and out and can help us use the platform to its full potential.

This is not a traditional IT support or operations role. You will serve as our internal NetSuite expert, identifying opportunities to improve our systems and independently building the reporting, workflows, automations, integrations, and customizations needed to make the business operate more efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Own the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing development of our NetSuite environment
• Build and customize NetSuite workflows, dashboards, reports, saved searches, and user experiences
• Develop automated reporting and workflows to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Create customized reporting for areas including broker commissions, demand planning and forecasting, customer aging, payments, deductions, purchasing trends, and month-over-month/year-over-year performance
• Build role-specific dashboards and reporting for different teams and users across the organization
• Support and optimize our TrueCommerce EDI integration, including troubleshooting and ensuring the successful flow of high-volume customer transactions, purchase orders, invoices, and related data
• Evaluate and implement additional NetSuite modules, applications, and integrations as the business grows
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and emerging technologies into NetSuite and our broader technology ecosystem
• Customize and optimize the NetSuite mobile experience so leadership and other users can easily access important business information from mobile devices
• Audit systems and workflows to identify issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into practical NetSuite solutions
• Serve as the company's internal NetSuite expert, reducing reliance on outside consultants and proactively recommending better ways to leverage the platform

What We're Looking For

• Significant hands-on experience administering and customizing NetSuite ERP
• Ability to independently configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize NetSuite
• Strong experience with SuiteFlow, workflows, custom reporting, dashboards, and Saved Searches
• Experience with SuiteScript or comparable NetSuite development/customization capabilities
• Experience working with EDI integrations; TrueCommerce experience is highly preferred
• Experience integrating third-party applications, modules, or technologies with NetSuite
• Strong understanding of automation and the ability to translate manual business processes into scalable system workflows
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies and how they can be applied to improve business systems
• Ability to understand a business need and independently determine how to build the appropriate solution within NetSuite
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• NetSuite experience within consumer products, CPG, manufacturing, distribution, inventory-heavy, or other product-based businesses
• Previous experience serving as the primary internal NetSuite administrator or technical owner for an organization
• Alternatively, experience with a NetSuite consulting or implementation firm where you have built and customized NetSuite environments for multiple clients
• Experience supporting NetSuite environments used across finance, inventory, production planning, order management, and CRM
