Next Play Jobs is proud to be partnering with a global PE firm and its portfolio companies that dominate the retail and online market for professional and collegiate apparel, jerseys, hats, collectibles and memorabilia. We will be working with them to identify strong leaders who can make an immediate impact to their retail operations across several portfolio companies.
We are working with them to identify a Division Vice President of merchandising and store operations for up to 1,000 retail locations. In this role, you will function as the chief executive and will own the P&L, drive merchandising and marketing strategy, and manage all store operations.
Role Requirements
- 5 years of experience leading a large division or company where you oversaw production, manufacturing, finance, marketing, distribution, inventory, and accounting.
- P&L expertise with the ability to speak to and manage all KPIs - revenue, profitability, budgeting, sales targeting, inventory management
- A track record of brand execution and marketing strategies
- Self motivation and accountability
- A master at cross functional relationship building
- Expert communication skills upward, downward and laterally throughout an organization.
