Job Description:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible relationship building, revenue & market share growth with key customers.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Cultivate effective business relationships with clients in key accounts.
- Understanding market trends, managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Customer Service: Meaningful discovery questions, building rapport with customers, takes time to learn about the customers, understands pain points and establishes meaningful relationships
- Responds thoughtfully and adapts sales approach accordingly
Experience Skills and Qualifications:
- Business degree or related discipline
- Strong background in sales
- Experience with planning and implementing sales strategy
- Familiarity with semiconductor products, industry trends and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of market research

Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
