Requirements
- 7 years leading performance marketing or paid media teams
- Experience managing large advertising budgets in digital performance environments
- Proven success scaling paid acquisition campaigns across major digital platforms
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data
- Track record of maintaining profitability while scaling campaigns
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and operations teams
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across all channels
- Optimize campaigns for scale and profitability while maintaining contribution margins
- Lead creative testing and implement optimization frameworks
- Manage budget allocation to maximize media efficiency and revenue
- Build forecasting and reporting systems for leadership visibility
- Launch and scale new vertical acquisition programs, including Insurance
- Develop and lead a high-performing paid media team
- Collaborate with creative, finance, operations, and leadership teams to align initiatives
- Create scalable media systems and SOPs to support organizational growth
- Manage campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure growth and profitability
