SALARY: $65,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience) plus performance bonuses.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in DME, healthcare documentation, medical records, or related field
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in documentation management
- Experience with DME workflows and compliance standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and workflow management systems
- Lead, coach, and develop the documentation team to ensure high performance
- Review and monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
- Oversee medical record review processes including orders and face-to-face documentation
- Manage department workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Support escalation and resolution of documentation issues with providers and payers
- Track and report departmental KPIs and trends to leadership
