Requirements
- 2-4 years of high-volume HR recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing and filling roles in property management, construction, or hospitality industries preferred
- Proficiency with MS Excel and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles including Property Managers, Maintenance Technicians, Janitorial Staff, Groundskeepers, and AP/AR positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruiting data using MS Excel and SharePoint
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Support recruiting efforts related to company growth and acquisitions
