Requirements
- Strong communication skills; able to work well with multiple teams and levels
- Comfortable performing manual, repetitive data entry tasks
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Perform manual data entry, data collection, cleaning, and processing to support new programs and daily operations.
- Build KPI reports with the PPD team to track trends and identify opportunities for improved reporting.
- Translate data into clear insights for leadership and prepare concise presentations and status updates.
- Partner with finance and accounting to track monthly spend, reconcile actuals, and submit accurate forecasts on time.
- Collaborate with brand, legal, finance, accounting, and cross-functional partners to move projects forward and ensure accuracy across deliverables.
