General Laborer – Metal Recycling Facility, Rogers AR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Outdoor industrial yard
About the Role
We’re hiring a dependable General Laborer to support daily operations at a metal recycling facility. This position is outdoors and hands‐on, requiring strong tape‐measure skills (accurate to 1/16”) and the ability to perform physical labor in a fast‐paced yard environment.
What You’ll Do
- Sort and separate various types of metal in the yard
- Read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16"
- Assist with general yard duties, cleanup, and material handling
- Load/unload materials and support equipment operators
- Maintain a safe, organized work area
- Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read a tape measure with precision (1/16")
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Experience in recycling, construction, manufacturing, or general labor is helpful but not required
PPE Requirements
- Steel‐toed boots required
- Additional PPE provided (gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
