Bilingual Counter Sales Associate
Location: Rogers, AR
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Bilingual Counter Sales Associate to join a busy building supply company in Rogers, AR. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the sales counter with product selection and purchases
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately
- Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Maintain product knowledge and assist with inventory as needed
- Keep the sales floor organized and stocked
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous customer service or counter sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Building supply or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required
