This is a hybrid position, meaning most daily work activities will be done remotely; however, in-person attendance will be required for some activities.

The Account Manager is a strategic leader at NextLevel Thinking, serving as the vital bridge between our clients' business objectives and the comprehensive growth strategies we develop. This role is designed for a highly accountable self-starter who thrives in a hybrid environment, balancing autonomous remote work with the leadership required for high-stakes client strategy sessions.
Success in this position requires the ability to build sophisticated professional relationships and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the "NextLevel" methodology, ensuring every marketing initiative is rooted in a deep, strategic understanding of the client’s unique market position.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree - Marketing
- Strategic Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record working with multiple accounts.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level use of WordPress, Email Marketing Platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or HubSpot), Social Media Scheduling Tools (Social Pilot, Hootsuite, Later, or SocialBee), and Project Management Software (Monday.com, Asana, or Wrike).
- Process Execution: Demonstrated ability to execute complex work plans and manage multi-channel editorial calendars that synchronize brand messaging.
- Analytical Capabilities: Experience in conducting data analysis for social media, website performance, and email marketing to identify growth opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional technical writing skills and sophisticated client service abilities required for leading high-stakes strategic meetings.
- Professionalism: A highly accountable self-starter with the persistence and creativity to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and close-knit team environment.
