Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient store operations in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company policies.
- Supervise receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
- Maintain inventory records, bin cards, ledgers, and ERP transactions accurately.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, FEFO/FIFO practices, and optimum space utilization.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Procurement, and other departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare inventory reports and support continuous process improvement.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Education: bachelor of pharmacy (b.pharm.)
