To lead the Light Division/Electrical Accessories Division / Cable Division as an independent profit center with full accountability for strategy, operations, sales, supply chain, and financial performance.
Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement annual and long-term business strategies
- Identify new market opportunities, product lines, and customer segments
- Conduct competitor and market analysis for strategic positioning
- Set business targets, KPIs, and growth benchmarks
- Drive innovation in product and business model
- Take full ownership of the business unit’s P&L
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor revenue, margins, and profitability regularly
- Control costs and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions
- Oversee production planning and execution
- Ensure product quality and compliance with standards
