Tier 1: The Self-Sufficient Pro (100% Commission Plan)
You already know how to run your business, navigate transactions, and write clean contracts. Stop funding massive corporate overhead. Keep 100% of your hard-earned commission and run your business your way.
- The Structure: Keep 100% of your commission. Ask us about our simple, highly competitive transaction fee structure.
- The Perks: Full autonomy, zero mandatory floor time, zero arbitrary corporate meetings, and direct broker support whenever you need a contract sounding board.
Tier 2: The Emerging Agent (60/40 Split Deep Mentorship)
If you are newly licensed or struggling to get transaction traction, you don't need a corporate brand login—you need actual help. We invest heavily in your hands-on training to build a bulletproof foundation for your career.
- The Structure: A 60/40 split that includes intensive, direct broker coaching.
- The Perks: Shadow live transactions, master contract drafting, utilize our pre-built master compliance packages, and get the actual tactical coaching big-box firms don't provide. Our goal is to fast-track you to complete independence.
Requirements:
- Must hold an active Florida Real Estate License
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, high ethical standards, and excellent communication skills.
- For Tier 1: A proven track record of independent closings.
- For Tier 2: A strong willingness to be coached and mentored.
