Role Description
We are looking for experienced Realtors and Brokers to join our team at NextHome Mountain Life. We are located in beautiful Missoula, Montana, serving clients across western Montana. The position is responsible for assisting clients with the sale and purchase of residential and commercial real estate. This includes conducting market analysis, providing property tours, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions from start to finish. The role also involves cultivating long-term client relationships and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach
- Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and real estate transaction management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Experience with real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus
- Valid real estate license in the state of Montana is required
