Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Hauppauge, NY, with flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will handle tasks such as building and maintaining client relationships, assisting with property sales and acquisitions, conducting market research, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities will include staying informed about market conditions, overseeing property showings, and negotiating client agreements.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Proven expertise in Sales and building client relationships
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Proficiency with real estate technology tools and market platforms is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a flexible hybrid environment with self-motivation
- Extensive knowledge of the Long Island, NYC, or Upstate markets is advantageous
