Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Business Head – Packaging (FIBC) to lead and scale our Packtech (FIBC) vertical. This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of P&L, responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding global footprint, and building a high-performance business across manufacturing and commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the business strategy for the FIBC/Packtech vertical
- Drive revenue growth, profitability (EBITDA), and market expansion globally
- Lead domestic & international sales, including key account acquisition and retention
- Expand presence across US, Europe, and Middle East markets
- Oversee the complete product portfolio, including:
- Type A, B, C, D FIBC (Jumbo Bags)
- UN Certified Bags
- Food Grade & Conductive FIBC
- Baffle Bags & Container Liners
- PP Woven Fabric & Liner Solutions
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, BRC, HACCP, UN Certification, Food Safety Norms)
- Align production planning with demand forecasts to maximize capacity utilization
- Drive cost efficiency initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
- Own and manage full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Build and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering / Polymer Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Management
- MBA preferred
- 15 years of experience in FIBC / Technical Textiles / Industrial Packaging
- Strong exposure to export markets and global business development
- Demonstrated experience in scaling manufacturing operations and handling P&L
- Deep understanding of compliance, certifications, and quality standards
