Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Inventory Coordinator to support inventory management, product replenishment, and delivery operations at customer sites. This role involves stocking vending machines, scanning inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while providing excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver and stock inventory at designated customer locations
- Fill vending machines and replenish point-of-use inventory areas
- Scan barcodes to generate customer orders and maintain inventory accuracy
- Track inventory levels and recommend replenishment adjustments based on usage
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe inventory areas following 5S practices
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Communicate customer needs and spot-buy requests to internal teams
- Ensure barcode labels are accurate and readable
- Transport company materials safely and efficiently
- Build positive working relationships with customers and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, inventory, delivery, or related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in warehouse and customer-site environments
Pay: $19.00 per hour
