The IT Manager is a strategic leader and hands‑on technology professional responsible for the stability, security, and evolution of the company’s corporate information systems. This role oversees server infrastructure, end‑user platforms, and enterprise applications while leading and developing two international IT teams located in India.
A critical focus of this role is the implementation, optimization, and long‑term value realization of the ERP system, ensuring users are fully enabled to operate at peak effectiveness. The IT Manager will also serve as a key driver in leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI‑enabled solutions to lower costs, improve profitability, and support rapid company growth.
As a member of the management team, this role actively contributes to technology strategy, future‑state visioning, cybersecurity risk identification, and organizational scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a strategic member of the management team, aligning IT capabilities with business objectives and growth plans.
- Develop and execute a multi‑year IT roadmap covering infrastructure, applications, security, and data capabilities.
- Identify emerging technologies, risks, and opportunities that enhance operational performance and competitive advantage.
Infrastructure & Platform Management
- Manage and optimize corporate IT systems, including:
- Microsoft 365 environment
- Servers and end‑user computing platforms
- Network and identity management systems
- Lead the company’s transition from on‑premises Active Directory to Azure / cloud‑based infrastructure, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Act as the primary owner of corporate technology standards, architecture, and lifecycle management.
ERP System Leadership
- Take a significant leadership role in ERP system implementation, stabilization, and continuous optimization.
- Partner closely with business leaders to align ERP functionality with operational needs.
- Drive user adoption, training, and process optimization to ensure the organization reaches the full potential of the ERP investment.
- Manage ERP‑related vendors and consultants as needed.
Artificial Intelligence & Automation
- Actively champion the use of AI and automation technologies to:
- Reduce operating costs
- Improve productivity and profitability
- Enhance decision‑making through data and analytics
- Identify opportunities within ERP, Microsoft platforms, and business processes for AI‑driven improvements.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Own the security posture of corporate information systems.
- Partner with the company’s external consulting firm to implement, monitor, and continuously improve:
- Cybersecurity controls
- Data protection and compliance measures
- Incident response and business continuity planning
- Proactively identify and mitigate technology‑related risks.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead, coach, and develop two international IT teams located in India, fostering accountability, engagement, and high performance.
- Coordinate effectively across time zones to ensure 24/7 system reliability and support.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, consultants, and technology vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of progressive IT experience, including management or leadership roles.
- Strong experience with:
- Microsoft 365 environments
- Active Directory and Azure cloud platforms
- Enterprise infrastructure and end‑user computing
- Proven involvement in ERP system implementation and optimization.
- Demonstrated experience leading international or offshore teams.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a rapidly growing or transformation‑focused organization.
- Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or low‑code/no‑code platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or similar IT governance frameworks.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (Microsoft, security, ERP platforms).
