Enterprise architect experience across Organization level - cloud, data, applications, and platforms.
For enterprise architect - the candidate should have exposure to AI
Role Summary:
- Own enterprise‑wide architecture and platform strategy for healthcare org
- Lead architecture governance and ARB
- Manage and mentor Solution / Domain Architects
Job Description:
Enterprise & Platform Strategy
- Define enterprise architecture vision and roadmap
- Drive org‑level platform strategies (apps, data, integration, cloud, AI)
- Ensure alignment with business, clinical, security, and regulatory needs
- Reduce duplication, technical debt, and platform sprawl
****Architecture Review Board (ARB)
- Chair / lead ARB governance
- Define architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures
- Review and approve solution designs for compliance and scalability
- Govern exceptions, risks, and architectural trade‑offs
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Solution Architects
- Provide architectural oversight on complex initiatives
- Enforce consistent design and documentation practices
- Resolve cross‑domain architectural conflicts
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with executives, business, and clinical leaders
- Advise on technology investments and modernization decisions
- Translate business strategy into architectural direction
