The ServiceNow GTM Technical Functional Support Analyst L2 for CPQ is a vital role responsible for maintaining the operational stability and functional integrity of our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution, which is built on or heavily integrated with the ServiceNow Platform. This role serves as the Level 2 (L2) subject matter expert for all CPQ-related issues, ensuring our Sales and GTM teams can generate accurate quotes, manage complex product configurations, and apply pricing rules seamlessly.

Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in an Enterprise Application Support, Technical Analyst, or IT Operations role.
- 3 years of hands-on technical support or administration experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
- Direct experience supporting and troubleshooting a major Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system (e.g., ServiceNow CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Apttus/Conga).
Technical Skills (CPQ & ServiceNow)
- Strong functional knowledge of CPQ core concepts (product catalog, complex configurations, pricing waterfalls, bundling, and discounting).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and an understanding of its underlying data model, particularly for custom applications and workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations, including familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and data mapping/transformation.
- Solid understanding of the GTM process, particularly the Quote-to-Cash cycle.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
